The following tables are the results of work by Barbara Beeton. The
data is in the format of the old rough database tables. The newly
checked columns are those involving the AFII number and the TR 9573
codes. These tables must be merged with the newly checked Elsevier
data. In addition the TeX code information will be added.
The first tables are sorted by Unicode where there is one, then there is a
block of tables sorted by TR 9573 entity name, and finally a block
sorted by Elsevier glyph code for those with neither Unicode nor 9573
names.
