Personal Information Removal Request

Your privacy is important to us. You have the right to request that the AMS removes any of your personal information. Please be aware that doing so will close all your AMS accounts and you will lose any memberships you hold and forfeit any unused points. You will also be unable to lookup previous orders. 

To request your information be removed, please email privacy-request@ams.org with a list of known account numbers and email addresses. You will need to verify your email address before information is removed.
