Henry Kim Receives 2003-2004 AMS Centennial Fellowship

Henry H. Kim of the University of Toronto has been chosen to receive an AMS Centennial Fellowship for 2003-2004.

Each year the AMS Centennial Fellowships are awarded to between two and four outstanding mathematicians to help further their careers in research. The amount of the fellowship is US$57,000, with an additional expense allowance of US$1,600.

Kim's main research interest is in the theory of automorphic forms and L-functions via Langlands' program. He plans to use the Centennial Fellowship to visit Purdue University and Yale University.
