Desk/Instructor Copy Request

Thank you for choosing an AMS text for your upcoming class. In order to process your request for a Desk copy, we need the following information.

If you have not decided on a text to adopt and would like to request an examination copy of an AMS text, please fill out the Examination Copy Request form.

Please note that there is a minimum requirement of 10 books to be purchased directly from the AMS by the institution's bookstore for an instructor to receive one complimentary Desk/Instructor copy. Textbooks not purchased directly from the AMS are not eligible for Desk/Instructor copies.
