The St. Petersburg Mathematical Journal is a cover-to-cover translation into English of Algebra i Analiz, published six times a year by the mathematics section of the Russian Academy of Sciences. With research papers, expository surveys, and book reviews, the St. Petersburg Mathematical Journal contains current research developments by some of the most prominent mathematical scientists from Russia and other countries.

The St. Petersburg Mathematical Journal is part of a larger effort by the AMS to stimulate interaction between American mathematicians and the worldwide mathematical community. Single issues are not available after five years. Electronic and print formats.
