to help inform the mathematical sciences community about the employment
experiences of recent doctoral recipients. All responses will be kept
confidential. Your help is greatly appreciated.
This survey will take you about 10 minutes to complete. In addition, if
you return a completed survey, you will be eligible to win a US$500, US$200,
or one of three US$100 Amazon gift cards. Your completed survey must be
received by the deadline in order to be eligible for the drawing in December 2009.
