The paper listed below has been accepted for publication in
the Journal of Algebraic Geometry.
To expedite the processing of this paper, please sign this Agreement
form and return it to the Electronic Prepress Department at the address
above as soon as possible.
This Agreement authorizes University Press, Inc. (hereafter referred to
as "the Publisher") to proceed with publication without jeopardizing
the investment of effort and money required to prepare the article for
publication, and reserves to the author certain rights controlling
subsequent reprinting of the article by other publishers.
Papers are accepted for publication by the Publisher with the
understanding that this limited transfer of rights is a condition for
publication.

Copyright to the Work is hereby transferred to the Publisher (for works
of the U.S. government or for works supported by grants from agencies
of the U.S. government: to the extent transferable), such transfer to
be effective upon acceptance for publication in the Journal of
Algebraic Geometry with the following reservations:
1. The Author reserves the right to refuse permission to third parties
to republish all or part of the Work, or translation thereof, in any
form, but authorizes the Publisher to license reproduction of the Work
(beyond that classified as "fair use") by photocopy, xerography, or
other similar processes not involving reprinting or republication. It
is understood that the Publisher may grant permission to other
publishers to reprint entire issues or volumes as a whole.
2. The Publisher agrees to grant permission to reprint the Work in a
volume of collected or selected works of the Author(s) and to waive any
fees for such republication.
3. The Publisher also agrees to authorize reprinting by third parties
if requested to do so by the Author(s) at any time two or more years
after the date of publication in this journal. The Publisher reserves
the right to impose a charge to the third party for such permission.
4. The Publisher agrees to dedicate the article to the public
domain after 28 years from the date of publication.
This form is to be signed by the Author(s) or, in the case of a
"work-made-for-hire," by the Author's employer. A separate copy of this
form must be signed by each Author and returned to the address above.
