Abstract: Given $ 1/2\leq\mu\leq\rho\leq\infty$, there is an entire function $ f(z)$ in the Speiser class $ \mathcal{S}$ of order $ \rho$, lower order $ \mu$. $ f$ may have as few as three singular values.
