Abstract:

There is a universal $\Pi _{1}^{1}$ equivalence relation. The existence of a $\Pi _{1}^{1}$ set universal for $\wideutilde {\Pi }_{1}^{1}$ non-Borel is independent of the usual axioms of mathematics.
