Mackey compactness in Banach spaces

Abstract:

If $A’$, a subset of a conjugate Banach space $X’$, is sequentially compact in the Mackey topology $(\tau (X’,X))$, then $A’$ is conditionally compact in the Mackey topology. The converse is not true.
