Abstract: We consider the shearing adiabatic flow of an incompressible Neutonian fluid with temperature dependent viscosity caused by a time dependent ``oscillatory'' body force. We show that, as $ t \to \infty $, the flow converges with exponential rate to a rigid ``oscillatory'' motion at fixed temperature.
