Abstract: One studies in this paper the spreading of disturbances superimposed on an infinite ideal fluid region that is everywhere expanding homogeneously and isotropically. All fluid motion studied satisfies Euler’s full nonlinear fluid dynamic equations for the ideal adiabatic monatomic gas.
