2011, European Journal of CombinatoricsCitation Excerpt :Finally, in the continuous context, Poisson point processes are the analog of IID random variables from the discrete setting and play a corresponding role in the ergodic theory of continuous amenable groups. There are several recent papers on factors of Poisson point processes that give graphs, including perfect matchings: see [10,15,28,14]. In Section 2, we prove our result on perfect matchings.
