"King of Swing": Review of Hinged Dissections: Swinging and Twisting by Greg N. Frederickson. Reviewed by Mike Eisenberg. American Scientist, May-June 2003, pages 269-270.

Frederickson's book deals with those dissection problems in which one shape is to be sliced into pieces that are hinged together, then reformed into another shape. Eisenberg's concludes his review with, "I would put Frederickson's dissection books, along with Alan Holden's Shapes, Space, and Symmetry..., on the shortlist of beautiful, inspirational and accessible works in recreational geometry. I heartily recommend Hinged Dissections to anyone who loves geometry or wants to."
