Introduction
MathSciNet's Relay Station
Relay Station provides access to electronic
journals and original articles throughout the mathematical literature.
Access is provided using links from MR numbers in online mathematical literature
directly to electronic journals and original articles. The AMS is providing
this service to the community free of charge there is no need for a MathSciNet
subscription. Users who do subscribe to MathSciNet receive
the added value of full MathSciNet reviews.
Relay Station results
Subscribers to MathSciNet will go directly to the review which, among other valuable data, provides links to original articles and to online journals.
Non-MathSciNet subscribers will receive a fully
formed MathSciNet citation including an
MR number and Mathematics
Subject Classification as illustrated below.

| Article | Takes the user to the original online article when available. |
| Journal | Takes the user to the journal if links to the article are not yet available. |
| There will be instances when neither the journal or article are available online. Relay Station will still provide users with a full MathSciNet citation. |
