Math Reviews Open House: All attendees at the AMS Fall Central Sectional Meeting are invited to an Open House hosted by the AMS at the Mathematical Reviews Building. You will have the opportunity to meet some of the people who put together this impressive database of the mathematics literature. The building has an interesting history, having been originally built in 1902 as a brewery, then served later as an ice cream plant, then as a camera factory. Snacks and refreshments will be served. The event will take place Saturday, October 20 from 12:30 to 2:00 pm at 416 Fourth Street in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Directions to the Mathematical Reviews Building, including a map, can be found here.
