Abstract: Sufficient conditions for abstract (proximal) hit-and-miss hyperspace topologies and the Wijsman hyperspace topology, respectively, are given to be Baire spaces, thus extending results of McCoy, Beer, and Costantini. Further the quasi-regularity of (proximal) hit-and-miss topologies is investigated.
