Abstract:

For every set $S$ of finite measure in $\mathbb {R}$ we construct a discrete set of real frequencies $\Lambda$ such that the exponential system $\{\exp (i\lambda t),\lambda \in \Lambda \}$ is a frame in $L^2(S)$.
