Proposition 5.12 on page 100 incorrectly asserts that separation and the Carleson measure condition hold "if and only if" strong separation holds. The "if and only if" should be changed to "only if". Conclusion 5.17 on page 102 is obtained on page 36 of K. Seip [43].
The proof of Theorem 5.28 given on pages 108 and 109 is valid only for sigma equal zero since the claimed embedding of Besov-Sobolev spaces on page 109 fails for sigma positive. A correct proof can be found in J.M. Ortega and J. Fabrega [33].
