• Title: Title of the book.
• Primary Author: If more than one author, supply the first author listed.
• Contact Person: The person to whom questions can be referred.
• Initial Submission: If this is the first time you are submitting electronic files to the AMS for this article, it is an initial submission.
• Resubmission: If you are submitting revised files for an article for which electronic files were previously submitted to the AMS, it is a resubmission.
• Comments: Please provide any additional comments or information that may help AMS staff process your electronic files.
