"This is a curious book," this brief review states. The book appears to besomething of a grab-bag, consisting of three lectures by Chaitin, as well asinterviews with him for television, magazines, and newspapers. Chaitindiscusses some of the mathematical areas to which he contributed, namelyundecidability and incompleteness questions, as well as his upbringing. Thereviewer confesses that "I'm not quite sure what this book is all about" butsays that he enjoyed reading it.
