Abstract: Hydromagnetic flow and heat transfer between two horizontal parallel plates, where the lower one is a stretching sheet and the upper one is a porous solid plate are studied in the presence of a transverse magnetic field. Fluid velocities and temperature distributions are obtained and plotted graphically.
