  • Choose a viewing distance first, and mark it off on the horizon line with the point W (Figure A).

  • Draw a dashed line from W to the upper right hand corner of the square (Figure B).

  • The intersection of the dashed line and the upper blue line shows where the far top edge of the cube should go. Draw it as a horizontal line segment (Figure C).

  • Finish off the cube in the same way as before (Figure D). It should now look a little more cube-like, although the viewing distance is still rather short.
