General Description
- Committee is ad hoc
- Members: AMS President, SIAM President, AMS President Elect, SIAM President Elect, AMS Secretary, AMS Executive Director or designee, SIAM Executive Director of designee. Other members are appointed by the Presidents of both societies and as needed. The Presidents serve as co-chairs.

Principal Activities
The committee will mainly focus on activities that piggy-back off existing AMS and SIAM activities. Other possible activities can be centered around annual meetings, sectional meetings with the possibility of connecting with local people where the meetings are being held and coordinating with attendees in our meetings.

The business of this committee can be done by email and videoconference.
Note to the Chair
For the purpose of archiving the committee activities, the Secretary maintains a central file system for archiving committee records. Committee Chairs are asked to submit committee records on yearly basis. Chairs can submit material at their discretion, and some materials that they may wish to provide are meeting minutes, agenda, and emails. Confidential material should be noted, so that it can be handled in a confidential manner.
