Correction to “Seven Characteristics of Successful Calculus Programs,” February 2015 Notices, pp. 144–146

We wish to set the record straight on our article, “Seven Characteristics of Successful Calculus Programs,” which appeared in the February 2015 issue of the Notices. Although only our names appeared as authors of this article, it was in fact the product of a team effort and was based on a conference report, “Features of Successful Calculus Programs at Five Doctoral Degree Granting Institutions,” authored by Chris Rasmussen, Jessica Ellis (now Jessica Ellis Hagman), Dov Zazkis, and David Bressoud and presented in 2014 for the International Group for the Psychology of Mathematics Education in Vancouver, Canada.

We request that readers who wish to use our results instead cite: Rasmussen, C., Ellis, J., Zazkis, D., & Bressoud, D. (2014).
