Abstract:

Consider a polynomial expression $p(b,c, \ldots ,d) = e$ where any two of the elements $b,c, \ldots ,d$ commute. If an element $a$ commutes with $e$, then $b$ commutes with $p(a,c, \ldots ,d)$.
