Abstract: We consider the shearing adiabatic flow of an incompressible Neutonian fluid with temperature dependent viscosity caused by a time dependent “oscillatory” body force. We show that, as $t \to \infty$, the flow converges with exponential rate to a rigid “oscillatory” motion at fixed temperature.
