Abstract:

Transversely flat conformal foliations with good transverse invariant measures are Riemannian in the $C^{1+{\operatorname {Lip}}}$ sense. In particular, transversely similar foliations with good measures are transversely Riemannian as transversely $C^{\omega }$-foliations.
