At an AMS Graduate School Fair, prospective students and representatives from several mathematical sciences programs can have informative conversations. Bring your questions and network with each other at an AMS Graduate School Fair.

We hold two Graduate School Fairs annually: an online virtual fair in the fall and an in-person fair at the Joint Mathematics Meetings (JMM) in January.

2026 Graduate School Fair at the Joint Mathematics Meetings

The 2026 JMM Graduate School Fair will be held on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.

AMS Online Fall Graduate School Fair

The AMS Online Fall Graduate School Fair is a great opportunity for undergraduates to learn about possibilities for graduate study and for master’s students to learn more about opportunities for PhD study. Representatives of graduate programs in the mathematical sciences are available to answer questions about their graduate programs.

The 2025 Fall Online Graduate School Fair will take place Wednesday, November 5, 1 pm to 4 pm ET (10 am to 1 pm PT) on vFairs, a top-tier event management platform.
