Clicking on the "AsFac" link (accessed under Admin) will give you in a window similar to the one below.
"AsFac" allows you to switch from being in the Administrator role to using the Faculty role. When you click on this link, it will bring you into the Faculty's Application List, where you now have Faculty access to MathJobs data. Access AsFac under the admin menu.
Note that you now have available an "AsMgr" link (highlighted in the screen above.) Clicking on this link will take you back to working in the Administrator role.
When using the AsFac option, screens and utilities will be available that match what Faculty normally see. To learn more about those screens, visit the faculty portion of the user guide.
