User Guide for departmental Mathjobs administrators
You will be on theList page once you have logged into Mathjobs.Org. The actions available to you are presented as *links* across the top of the page. If you are unfamiliar with what you can do, please first read the information on getting started as a MathJobs manager. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Click on the corresponding links below for the detailed documentation on your available options.
List ..lists applications received for each job. Also allows you to update applications.
Search ..for potential applicants. You can access all applicants who have applied for at least one of your open positions.
Jobs ..allows employers to edit their jobs with such updates as setting a deadline and updating listings as withdrawn, filled or finished. The complete current public job list can also be viewed.
Wanted ..to view all of the publicly available applicants
NewApp ..allows employers to enter the name and email address of those applicants whose materials came in on paper
NoCover ..to view all applicants added to your NewApp list
Config ..to give other faculty/staff access to MathJobs.Org, to edit and customize departmental information, and to grant or limit faculty access permissions
Labels ..is for use in mass mailings to applicants, etc.. It downloads data so that you can produce labels, lists or merge letters from your own software
News ..to post announcements for particular sets of users within your dept or your applicants which will appear on their main screens when they log in
Mail ..to send emails to a select group of applicants at one time
EOE..shows you a summary report based on the EOE questions you may have added to all applications on the Config screen
Snaps ..to download, in one zip file, all current application materials
AsFac..allows you to switch back and forth between Administrator and Faculty roles.

Logout ..logs you out of your MathJobs.Org account
