Algebraic groups II

This is a sequel course to "Algebraic groups I", treating the Borel-Tits structure theory for arbitrary connected reductive groups over arbitrary fields. We use dynamic methods to establish all results over general fields in one pass, without needing to first prove everything over algebraically closed fields. The appendices provide many supplements to the lecture material.
