Abstract:

Let $f(z) = \exp (\cosh z)$. If $N$ is any $\epsilon$-neighborhood of any ray through the origin with slope $m \ne 0,\infty$ then ${f^{ - 1}}(w) \cap N$ is infinite if $w \ne 0$.
