Consent to Publish and Copyright Agreement
All authors submitting papers to this journal must give University Press Inc. specific permission to publish the work. This is a legal requirement that arises in part from provisions of copyright law.
After a paper is accepted for publication, all authors of the paper will be sent a Consent to Publish and Copyright Agreement Form .
