Abstract:

We show that the second oversampling theorem for affine systems generates super-wavelets. These are frames generated by an affine structure on the space $\underbrace {L^2(\mathbb {R}^d) \oplus ...\oplus L^2(\mathbb {R}^d)}_{p\ \mbox {times}}$.
