- If you are unable to submit through the web, you may
submit by FAX or postal mail. Your request to post a
citation should include:
- · a signed cover letter mentioning your paper's

- · full bibliographic information of the
work citing your paper (Author, title of article
and/or book, volume, year, pages, etc.) and should
be sent to the
