Journals
AMS peerreviewed journals are of the highest quality in mathematical research. Our journals have been published since 1891 and cover a broad range of mathematics. Each journal is managed by editors who are prominent in their fields, and each is unique in its offering of articles, book reviews, and reports. In addition to publishing and distributing printed journals, the AMS offers searchable electronic versions that are available prior to the print versions. When the journal is available in electronic format, the electronic version is considered the version of record. Browse our current subscription rates.

Expanded pages for three AMS journals
AMS journals continue to attract the highest quality research articles from around the world. As article submissions increase, so do the number of accepted research papers. To accommodate the growth in quality research, we are expanding journal content for three of our premier peerreviewed journals, Transactions of the American Mathematical Society, Memoirs of the American Mathematical Society, and Proceedings of the American Mathematical Society.
Content for Proceedings of the AMS will increase from 4,200 to 5,240 pages annually, giving users around 25% more content. Pages for Transactions of the AMS will rise from 6,600 to 8,880 annually, allowing access to approximately 35% more mathematical research. Despite the significant increase in content, the subscription rate for each of these two journals will only increase by 10%! Pages for Memoirs of the AMS will increase from 3,200 to 3,800 pages, a 19% increase in content. The subscription rate for this journal will only increase by 4%.
