This is an announcement of an NSF-funded number theory summer program and conference to take place at UConn during August 8th-14th, 2016. There will be two events: * CTNT 2016 - Connecticut Summer School in Number Theory, August 8th-12th. * Research Conference on Elliptic Curves, Modular Forms, and related topics, August 12th-14th.
